1. Processing Time: All items at HMONEYFACTORY are custom-made by hand with care and attention. Due to the intricate nature of crochet and the personalized touch put into each creation, please allow a processing time of 1-2 months from the date of purchase before your order is shipped. This is to ensure that every detail is perfect for your custom item.

2. Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. This email will also serve as your receipt.

3. Shipping Method: Currently, only domestic USA shipping is being offered for all physical orders. Our standard shipping is reliable and ensures that your handmade crochet items reach you in good condition. If you have specific shipping preferences or urgent requirements, please contact harmony@hmoneyfactory.com before placing your order.

4. Digital Products: All digital product files will be automatically emailed to the customer at the time of purchase. Refunds are only offered within 24 hours of purchase. 

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order to offer reasonable and competitive shipping rates.

6. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package.

7. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. HMONEYFACTORY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Delays: While we make every effort to meet our processing and shipping timelines, certain circumstances such as high order volumes, holidays, or unforeseen events may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
